Hannah Nelsbach's work reflects over 50 years experience with a wide variety of media, including oil, watercolor, gouache, crayon, acrylic and pastel on various materials like silk, bone china, wood, canvas, paper and murals. It ranges from intimate collage shadow boxes to oversize life nudes, landscapes, animals, flowers and her own whimsical garden sculptures.

Her intriguing work combines fantasy and realism.

She has written and illustrated a children's book "Fairytale about the Phenomenon of Indian Summer" for which she received the Writer's Digest Award for Outstanding Accomplishment.

Hannah loves working with children in schools and museums and every year she is participating in fundraisers. One colorful piece can also be seen in the Discovery Museum in Bangor, Maine. "Give Me a Smile"

Making the world more colorful is a passion for Hannah.
Her most recent work on wood renders homage to Chihuly, Antoni Gaudi, and Hector Berlioz's "Symphonie Fantastique"
A huge Monument about her and her husband's Citizenship is in progress.
New ideas and inspiration will alway keep Hannah working in art.
